- Minute 1: 1 Dumbbell Thruster (22.5/15 kg per hand) - Minute 2: 2 Dumbbell Thrusters - Minute 3: 3 Dumbbell Thrusters - Continue adding 1 rep each minute until you can no longer complete the required reps within the minute
Most athletes fail between minutes 12-15. Pace the early minutes and save your grip.
